I am hooked on tortillas, but have grown weary of the store-bought variety. I need to make my own and I want them to be excellent. I'd appreciate some help with a couple of questions I have...
Is the under-$20 generic metal tortilla press that I see all over e-bay adequate? What are some of the alternatives?
What about flour and corn, is the local variety that I may find in Whole Foods good enough? Grind my own? (I think I saw Alton Brown do this.)
