Home Cook - adding a few pieces, need advice

Hi - been replacing old Calphalon (!) with new pieces, started with Tramontina non-stick and All-Clad D3 frying pan. Also, just added Thermador range, so now looking to replace sauce, saute, and stock pots. There are just two of us, and we are working to cook more/new food, but are hardly expert chefs. I was thinking of stainless 6 and/or 8 qt stock, 3qt saute (non-stick?) plus 3 sauce pans: two stainless, one non-stick (for rice, etc). Any suggestions are appreciated and hopefully my request isn't too basic.
