this is actually my first real post, i have lurked and replied to a few threads but i thought i'd contribute.
this little italian restaurant has always been a favorite of mine. always prompt, great service, awesome pastas, and most importantly incredible desserts.
their boca negra cake (if you have the pleasure of eyeballing it on the menu) is a must have if you love chocolate. it is a flourless cake that takes the pastry chef 2-3 days to prepare. i believe it is ment to be shared, as i do not see how any one person can finish such a richly delicious cake. it has never disappointed myself and anyone who i have introduced it to.
the owner is very much involved with the quality, presentation, and delivery of his institution.
so...next time your in sunnyvale and feel like great pasta and dessert please consider il postale.
