Hey guys good evening, I am looking to purchase a pizza stone to use in my oven so it can't be TOO big. I am looking for the highest quality material stone, I would assume this would be either a wood or a stone, and I would gladly look at both. I would not want something with a type of glaze unless of course this is needed.
I understand there are probably differing opinions on highest quality however is there a gold standard in pizza stones? Thank you guys very much! Have a good one :)
