So, let's say you wanted to eat oysters or mollusks or other such things for health. Or, you wanted to eat anchovies and sardines and such things. But, you didn't grow up eating them. You grew up eating Roy Rodgers and Domino's, and your taste palate has expanded and encompasses wonderful whole foods these days, but you are not ready for a sea snail thingie or a little fish where you see its face. And you're not sure you're so ready for the taste, either.
So, do you think there's some way to hide these things? Can you make an oyster broth? And you can hide sardines or anchovies in tomato sauces, right? (Or just anchovies, not sardines?) What ideas come to mind?
(PS, now I remember, I did suck it up and try oysters in France, made just for me by a special friend who wanted to give me a French version of Thanksgiving while I was living there, I survived but just barely, I am not advanced enough to enjoy "tasting the sea". And I do like the taste of anchovies at least, in Caesar dressing, but still, not advanced to eat a little fish's face.)
