In November, 2005, you posted a recipe for "blasting" a turkey in a very hot oven. I held on to a copy of this post until last week. I needed to get a turkey out of the freezer so I decided to try your recipe. That was the best turkey I have ever cooked!!! It was incredibly moist, golden brown and delicious. I wanted to try some other time saving, space saving ideas also so I prepared the stuffing and then put it into a crock pot. It came out great. Same with the creamed corn. It saved time and space. But, this note is to just thank you so much for your post. This will be my go to "turkey day" recipe from now on. By the way, my turkey was about a 15 lb so I checked after 1 hour 45 mins and it was done. I letit sit for the full 45 mins also. What a bird!!!
