Hestan Nanobond 11" (28 cm.) skillet: Brian's test

drrayeye | Aug 14, 201804:37 PM     46

Finally received pictures from the test carried out by Brian MacDonald, in a commercial kitchen. He saute'd over a Wolf gas stovetop, subdivided the contents--with half remaining in the pan/ half in glass put into a convection oven.

He photographed this step by step, including early prep, several stages of saute', and a final stage in the convection oven. I'm attaching pictures showing: 1. the first saute with onions 2. the second saute' with the rest of the vegetables, 3. the mixtures out of the oven with both pan and glass 4. final presentation.
