Heavy roasting pans

I'm tired of thin terrible roasting pans, and I'm in the market for a heavy, induction capable roasting pan. Essentially I want something that has good even heat whether in the oven or on an induction plate (my induction zone is 20cm x 40cm in case that matters). I'm going to assume that limits me to fully clad, but I'm open to anything that achieves my goals. I'm ideally looking for a size in the 40x30cm (16 x 12 inch) range.

I've seen a few decent looking ones from Mauviel, Paderno, Demeyere, and Kuhn Rikon. However, with the exception of Demeyere, I can't see the thickness. On that note, the Demeyere is 3mm, but after using pots with 6-7mm thick disc bases, I'm not entirely sure that 3mm is sufficient (or maybe I'm just being too picky).

Advice please.
