Finally went to Dok Bua last night to see what all the buzz is about. It's partly about the spice, that keeps brookline warm, but it's mostly about the amazing flavors and friendly staff. You hounds were 100% right about this place. Thanks for the tip. I know I'll be back real soon. I went there with menu suggestions that I got from all of you. We started simple with the chicken satay. THE BEST EVER!!! Then we shared the cat fish and chili sauce. Great flavor but the fish was a little on the dry side( except that wonderful peice of tail ). Had the pork larb ( my new favorite thai dish ) which my company found to be too spicy. pfff! is there such a thing? I better not forget the amazing eggplant. I'll be back really soon. Besides, the staff got a chuckle from the burning red faces of the others and the amount of water consumed. 2 thumbs way up on this one. Thanks guys.
