Heartburn-friendly AND lactose-intolerant friendly recipes?

xjaebelle | Feb 6, 201506:25 AM     13

Heartburn might be the wrong word? I essentially just have a really bad case of acid indigestion thanks to genetics! My mom calls it "sour stomach"
I've been trying to change my daily diet, except I'm also lactose-intolerant. A lot of the heartburn-friendly meals seem to include dairy. I can handle a small amount of dairy, but it can't be the star of the dish. Plus, I don't really like buying things I can't eat. I still use butter, sour cream, and eat yogurt. Generally all those things are in amounts that are okay for me.

...soyeah. Recipe suggestions please? I'm starving. D: I just keep eating pita chips and crackers.
(for anyone who's wondering, I am taking Prilosec for like another week.)
