The first paragraph lists five foods that supposedly weaken the esophageal muscle that connects your esophagus to your stomach.
The five foods are:
Fried or fatty foods
Peppermint and spearmint
OH MY GOD!! WHAT IS LEFT TO EAT (that still has flavor) ?!?!
I must have the weakest esophageal muscle know to man.
