I'm looking for information on sushi restaurants that promote sustainable fishing by the kinds of fish they serve. An avid sushi lover, I am concerned with the longevity of my habit. Going beyond an evironnmental perspective (to a purely selfish one), if my beloved sushi fish die out, not only will there be less sushi for the eating, but I forsee unbelievable sushi price hikes. I have checked out the aquarium and audobon society websites, but am wondering about restaurants that may prioritize this? does anyone else share my concern?
