I've been lurking here for years but just joined to ask a question. Thanks for all the advice and recommendations. This is a great community.
My wife's been in contact with a company called National Foods. They claim to get all their meat from local farmers, vacuum seal and flash freeze and save you lots of money. They say their beef is all dry aged, etc. Sounds good but I'm not sure about it, somehow.
Has anyone had any experience with this company? Would you recommend? How was the quality of their products? Is there any "catch" to the deal?
Their web site is http://www.nationalfoods.ca/
Any thoughts / experiences / advice is appreciated.
