Has anyone heard of a chocolate bell?

sweetpotato | May 2, 201605:30 AM     9

I'm from New York, maybe it's a New York thing, but when I was a child the bakery had a single serving concoction that I always called a "bell" because it was in the shape of a bell. When you cut it open there was chocolate cake on the bottom and a tall concoction of whipped cream which comprised most of the mass of the confection. This was all covered with chocolate. It was not a Tastycake bell, it could only be found at an actual bakery.

I would LOVE a recipe for it, but will settle for its actual name!
