(I am sure this has been discussed before, but my search came up "none found".) I just bought a slow cooker (aka Crock Pot) over the weekend. I am looking for non-beef/pork healthy recipes. I have found a lot of recipes, some of which I have already printed out to try. (I am trying my first recipe--a coconut curry chicken today...I'll let you know how it turns out when I get home.) So many recipes call for a can of cream of mushroom soup AND a can of cream of celery soup etc. I am looking for recipes that are less "pop-luck friendly" and more quick healthy dinner. Any ideas?
