Heads up on TJ's imported Italian "low-carb" mozzerella pizza.

TJ's series of frozen imported, Italian, wood fired, thin crust pizzas are usually excellent.

The new "low-carb" mozzerella one is a real stinker though. The "carbs" are lowered through the addition of soy flour to the crust. The texture of the crust is a combinaton of cardboard and a dried out dish sponge. The flavor about the same, overpowering the delicate flavors of the tomato sauce and mozzerella, grana topping.

I'm no "carb counter" by any means but I thought I'd give it a try the other pizzas in the series are so good. I don't know how this one ever made it past the test kitchen stage.
