heading to paris - are these places still around?

Hey All -
I lived in Paris for a while, but that was a while ago (2002). I've been back a few times since, but I figured I'd do some recon before heading back this time.

So, these are some of the restaurants I used to like and am thinking of going back to:

Les Fontaines (Pantheon) - true that this isn't what it once was?
Polidor (6th)
Au Petit Kahua (Gobelins/Bastille)
Le Souk (Bastille)
l'Auberge, (PdlRepublique-Amelot/J.P. Timbaud). They used to have a deal on Mondays, 'grands vins à prix coutant.' still there?
Bistro Cote Mer, Blvd St. Germain - This one's closed right? Any chance it's reappeared?
The crepe place on Rue des abbesses/rue le pic.

and then the bars:
Loup pascalou (menimontant)
The bar on the rue de la butte aux cailles... la folie en tete? is that right?
le duc (sorbonne/rue victor cousin)

I'm not saying that these are the best places in Paris, btw. Some places just bring up memories.
