Since folks were asking about this below . . . .
There's a new farmers' market opening in Wooster Square (New Haven) this Saturday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Will run now through October, same time and place. See link below.
All produce CT-grown, all organic and pesticide-free. Run by a new non-profit whose mission is to "Nourish a sustainable regional food system by improving the community's access to local, healthy food and fortifying the exchange between Connecticut farmers and New Haven residents."
On another note, this Wednesday my family and I are moving out to L.A. after 10 wonderful years here in the Elm City. Thanks for all the yummy tips along the way.
