I was reading about Japanese "hashbrowns" this morning on the Manhattan message board and it made wonder: is there a place that serves hashbrowns as good as they make em in the midwest? I prefer the grated type of hashbrowns and some kind of melted goo or sauce(cheese, hollandaise) and lots of onions, veggies and what not.
