I am writing to sing the praises of the dim sum special at New Harmony Chinese Vegetarian Kosher restaurant on 9th street in Chinatown. For $12 you get a nice selection of about 5-7 different kinds of items, you select fried or steamed. It's enough for a full meal for 2. I prefer the steamed, particularly the sweet fake pork buns and stuffed tofu skin. I've been searching for vegetarian egg rolls as good as the ones they used to have at the Mayflower Restaurant, and have finally found them here. They come with the fried selection, which also had fake shrimp balls, scallion pancakes, and an interesting taro studded with bits of tofu and veggies. Thank you.
