Just to start the ball rolling: Barley Swine, the new project from Bryce Gilmore of Odd Duck Farm To Trailer fame is in the final stages of readying for a Dec 29th opening.
He's taking over the old Pie Slice location on S. Lamar.
Expect lots of locally foraged meats and vegetables with the addition of beer from the multitude of area breweries.
