When Michael & I were in Boston, the hotel we stayed at had a McCormick & Schmick.

We ended up having a random meal at their bar late one night. M&S Boston has a $1.95 happy hour menu from 10-Midnight that included a cheeseburger & fries, bowl of mussels, misc. fried things & $1 oysters. It was a great deal. I got the a half pound burger & fries which was quite decent. Michal got a selection of oysters, including Hog Island (?!?) which he really enjoyed. The bar seemed to be mostly locals, the guys next to us was a gang of valet parkers (who were eating the mussels).

So I checked the M&S website to see if the Bay Area outlets have a happy hour. Neither the SF or SJ have happy hour menus on their pages but Spenger's is listed as being a M&S restaurant and it has a happy hour menu very similar to the M&S Boston.

Has anyone tried it?
