I have noticed that not many places make hand made/pressed hamburgers any longer. They all seem to be frozen hockey pucks that end up in the bun. I'm not talking about fast food, but also pubs, taverns, and bars. The quality of the premade frozen bugers are not all that great. Even the ones that are not food service type that you get at the grocery stores, costco's ect. I hand make bugers at home and they are great. I guess that's why its so hard to find a desent burger anymore. I would like to know how everyone else feels about this.
