I've posted here about the quality of fish at Hana-Sushi in Red Hook, so won't repeat. Just want to add that I've noticed the specials getting very interesting. Friday night I had a broiled yellowtail collar/cheek that was excellent ($6). They also had a natto roll special. And the best eel around. Talked to chef about unagi day (today 7/27).
The place was almost empty. I hope the weird location doesn't kill it.
