For those of you who requested below, I finally found the link for the great hamantaschen dough I've been working with. It was posted by dixieday and it's a link to her pie queen blog.
This is such great dough -- very easy to roll. I think everyone I know has been given hamantaschen this week b/c I enjoyed working with the dough so much. I work very fast rolling, cutting and filling before it warms, but on the thread below, someone else recommended shaping the dough into a log before chilling so that it can just be cut into rounds and then filled.
