Guy Savoy vs Twist

KenV2 | Aug 31, 2011 08:32 AM

I know you all get lot's of questions like this and I have read through previous reviews before finally posting here, so I appreciate your patience.

I am coming to Las Vegas for the first time this weekend.
I currently am double booked into Guy Savoy and Twist for one night and cannot decide.
Nothing was available at Joel Robuchon. My favorite meal ever was at French Laundry... I hated Benu in SF, but adore Gary Danko. I also love Le Cirque in NY and Le Bernadin. I like experimental and unconventional, so I am attracted to Twist, but am torn because some reviews feel that the dishes don't actually taste good. And there is no way on this trip that I can do both.

Any advice from anyone would be great. Sorry for the short notice.
