Finally tried Gulfstream at Century City plaza (the latest Houstons/Bandera restaurant) and it was really good. The emphasis is on fresh seafood.
Our table ordered the rib eye with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans, and roasted salmon on cedar plank w/ultra skinny french fries and coleslaw. The rib eye and salmon both cooked perfectly, and actually thought salmon was the best I've had in a long time. The coleslaw in particular is outstanding; a more traditional version compared to Bandera's excellent peanut + red cabbage. Desert was an incredible hot fudge sundae with candied pecans.
I would definitely go back!
