Guidelines for adjusting oven temp/cook times?

I am looking for some general guidelines for adjusting recipes if you need to cook a "secondary item" using a slightly higher/lower time specified. Find I run into this frequently if I have a roast in the oven but then want to add a side dish to cook alongside this. For example, if you have an oven at 350 and a recipe that says 375 any general guidance of how much time to add? TIA
