Guidance for a Peach / Blueberry Crisp - Thickener?

I happened upon a bag of frozen sliced peaches in the freezer, and a bag of frozen blueberries, too, and have decided to make a peach & blueberry crisp for Christmas dinner dessert. Because, you know, doesn't that just scream winter holidays to you? (Just kidding: it's actually being made at the request of a guest, who was excited when they heard I had the frozen fruits, which had been fresh picked and frozen right away.)

Anyway, I really want to avoid going back to the grocery store, but will if I need to. It turns out that I have neither cornstarch or tapioca in the pantry. I'm guessing that some sort of thickener is going to be needed, especially as the peaches were absurdly juicy when frozen, and I'm guessing are going to end-up even more so once thawed. I need to go back to the store?
