Group dinner in theatre district

Looking for a nice restaurant in the theatre district who can accommodate 20 ppl. pre-theatre, maybe Italian or American food. Around $50-60/pp. I know Lidia Bastiavich used to have an Italian restaurant offering a prix fixe pasta dinner but can't find it.
