Your best ground beef mix for burgers?

kjonyou | Sep 12, 201804:12 AM     10

So my all time favorite burger in LA is at Stout Burger in Hollywood. I would love to replicate it at home but apparently they use a mix of different cuts of beef that they do not disclose. So it got me thinking, there is a lot of info on the web, but mostly says, do what you want. Not very helpful. So for those of you who make their own burgers from scratch, what cuts of meet do you use and why?
