Went there last Sunday finally. Husband ordered pork chop dish (the night's special), and I orderd fondue as my main( I am not a big eater, and it was very filling). and half bottle of wine.
The waiter brought the bottle of wine, poured in the glasses, and left the bottle on the table. I wasn't sure if that was half of bottle, but hubbie thought the bottle looked small. The wine was good, so was the bread.
However, we had to wait for 30 minutes to get our dish. I don't know if it was because we ordered the special dish, but 30 minutes felt rather long. Tastewise, the food was excellent.
Now the bill came, and apparently the full bottle price was charged. I told the waiter that I will pay the full price, but just let him know we ordered only half of the bottle. The waiter said "then, why don't you guys hang around and finish the bottle?" !
I think the restaurant has good potential in terms of its cuisine, but needs lots of work in terms of service. Though the waiters were attentive, but not professional.
