Don't shoot the messenger and I don't mean to bring up the hominy argument, but what are some of your favorite recipes for grits, aside from the traditional butter and salt recipes? Sacrilege, I know.
Also, as a Southerner (Georgia) living in Boston, are there any local sources for real grits. I don't mean instant. If not local, what about mail order?
