I hadn't been there in a few months and just had a large pizza with mushrooms at Grimaldi's. I was shocked that the crust was thicker and doughier than before. And it just didn't taste like Grimaldi's.
Does anybody know if there have been any changes recently with either management or cooks that would account for this deterioration? Or perhaps they were just having a bad day?
I'm reluctant to go back if those are the kind of pizzas they serve these days.
