Hello. I am planning to cook dinner tomorrow night for New Years. The recipe I am supposed to make has me cooking the chicken on a grill. (Just basting it in a special sauce and grilling.) Problem: I don't have a grill. Can I put the top rack of my oven up high and broil? Should I bake it instead? I know it won't taste the same but what would make it taste best, even if "different" than the recipe intended? Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Happy New Year!
