I managed to break a signficant vine on one of my tomato plants today. Once I got my remorse under control, I figured I should make the best of it so I harvested about a dozen medium sized green tomatoes.
Most of the recipes I've found are for huge quantities of chutney or canned tomato pickle, aimed at using up the last tomatoes that don't ripen at the end of the season. I know I can make fried green tomatoes, but I'd love to do something different. Any ideas?
