Great Thai Lunch in Portsmouth

Just had a wonderful lunch at Chiangmai Rest in Portsmouth. Much better than the standard Thai fare we've had elsewhere. My husband and I both had a seafood special that had a remarkable amt of seafood - scallops, shrimp, mussels, calamari - and fresh veggies in herbs and lemon grass sauce. Loved that the sauce was light yet very flavorful, and veggies were al dente. Appetizer was Golden Puff which is potato, onions and curry in a thin, crispy wheat crust. I know it doesn't sound very enticeing but it was delicious.
Luncheon specials come with rice, salad, and appetizer of the day and ranged from about 6.95 - 8.95 - quite a bargain for the quality of the food. Located on Penhallow St, which is side street by the post office. We'll definitely return
