Great Seafood in Orlando

Chris in Miami | May 5, 2006 12:24 PM

I've noticed many posts saying how there is no good seafood in Orlando. I grew up in Orlando and I've enjoyed Boston's Fish House since they were in a tiny little shack in Winter Park. They are now located at:

6860 Aloma Avenue
Winter Park, FL 32792-6802
407 678 2107

This restaurant is wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about Boston's. I grew up by Boston's, but my family now lives down by Disney but still everytime dh and I visit we make the 45 minute trek up to Boston's. The lobster pie is amazing! Huge chunks of lobster in a rich, creamy, buttery sauce topped with ritz crackers then baked. YUM! The clam chowder is some of the best I have ever had and all of the other items on the menu are fresh and delish! The restaurant is very casual, does not accept reservations and you may have to wait a while to get in. I would recommend calling for their hours also as they close mid-afternoon to change the frying oil and they close for long vacations.
