1st course ~ play on Scallops and Foie Gras
James Montejano and Stephen Gage of La Valencia. Best Scallop dish I have had in a while.
2nd Course ~ Play on Surf and Turf ~ Burnt baby romaine salad w/ onion vinigrette, seared ahi stuffed with beef tartar.
Davin Waite and Lauren Waite of Wrench and Rodent Seabasstropub and Sushi Bus
3rd course ~ Oven roasted Pork Belly ~cauliflower Pure, baby carrots, tarragon chimichurri.
Ian Smith of Partake, Vista (former Chef / Owner Swoon Dessert Bar)
Finish ~ Chocolate Mousse, passion fruit gelee, jackfruit. / Green tea macaroon, lime and kaffir lime buttercream / Spooned purple yam pana cotta, mango sphere.
Next week La Valencia is throwing a great dinner for a great cause at a steal of a price.
