We have been going here for a while, but I thought it was time to reveal this place to the board. It's called Fervere (I think!), and it's west of downtown, right next to the Blue Bird Cafe. It is a "natural starter" type place, so variety is limited. However, the bread is fantastic. I think it's as good or better than La Brea in LA. I recommend the olive bread and the orchard bread (makes great toast).
