I'm just posing a question for fun . . why do all of the reviews usually favor non-greasy and non-oily renditions of foods over greasy and oily ones? really, I think that's the stuff that makes food amazingly good, if not an unhealthy indulgence. if we're all chowhounds, we're looking for amazing food experiences that won't necessarily lower our calorie intake or cholesterol rating . . .
the best felafels are fried to perfection, and I think certain things just need to be enjoyed unhealthily . . any thoughts or opinions out there?
