I'm looking for some great, authentic tasting Bokwurst in LA. I live in the Valley, but willing to travel around LA for the good stuff! I've tried a couple of European delis, but the Bokwurst was kind of heavy and greasy. Anybody know of anywhere with one that's a little lighter tasting?? Had some amazing Bokwurst in Austria last summer, and am craving something similar. Thanks in advance for any Chowhound help!
