I wanted to try something new for our celebration this year and found this "Trending" Vegetable Kugel Casserole.
It tasted alright but sure didn't look like the one pictured. My grated potatoes went gray from the moment they hit the bowl and they never went back to white.
What can I do to prevent or reverse this in the future? Did I use the wrong technique or were the Russet Potatoes my problem???
