Grandpa Fred's--Follow Up

Barry | Jun 11, 200411:31 PM

We went to Grandpa Fred's (Victory and Variel in Woodland Hills) tonight--see Robert Bowen's earlier post on it for a more complete description which I will not repeat. It was as good as Robert Bowen said. We had the beef ribs. They were tasty and tender with generous amounts of beef. We had the medium sauce on the ribs. It was mildly spicy, but very flavorful. We got the hot sauce on the side--it was very hot, but good to dip the ribs in--cautiously! The place was pretty crowded at about 7:00 on Friday night. I mentioned to the person taking the orders and she was very pleased to hear about it. All of the personnel at the place were quite pleasant and accomodating. I would highly recommend it.
