I'm headed to the lex location this weekend (to see for myself!), and I'm a professed sichuan newbie (I usually get my heat fix in the southern indian realm). so - I've sensed so far that we'll want to try the spinach and chili oil, soup dumplings, and the dan dan noodles. I'd also love to try beef tendon - any preparation better than another? anything I'm missing or should try instead?
