Grand Sichuan International-Chelsea (bad)

I sent my daughter, who lives in Chelsea, along with my wife, who is visiting her, to Grand Sichuan International on 9th ave, based on the reccomendations on this board. They ordered hot and sour soup, a chicken dish and barbequed ribs. The soup was ok but the chicken was extremely salty and the ribs dry. When they compalined about the chicken, the waitress returned with what appeared to be the same exact food, rinsed and squirted with lime juice (still salty). When they complained again and asked to switch to kung pao chicken, the waitress said in effect; "all dishes same, salty". If this wasn't enough, they watched a waitress drop a serving spoon on the floor, pick it up and give it to the table next to them! After hearing this, I searched for "Grand Sichuan International" on the web and found a review on newyork.citysearch dated August 10 of this year that reads "A few tables down, we heard another couple complaining about their dish, overhearing the words "sugar.. salt, we understood what they were so unhappy about, the dish was extremly salty!". Their dish likewise was salty and, after sending it back, they determined that it was their same food, now rinsed with water and doused with sugar!!
