Gourmet Shops in/around Charleston?

I'm going to be moving to Charleston in the next few weeks from Los Angeles. Here in SoCal, there are a plethora of gourmet shops from where I can purchase cheese, meat, and other gourmet ingredients.

Where, in or around the Charleston area, will I be able to buy high quality Olive Oils, Balamic Vinegars, Cheeses, etc?
