Finally received mine on Friday - haven't read any articles but did find a couple of recipes that looked interesting. Made the clams w/ bacon/tomato spinach last night - wonderful. Tonight making the pork loin with sage & prosciutto and the cauliflower soup. Trout recipe also looked good.
