Gourmet Delivery.

Does anyone know of restaurants, shops, or--better yet--freelance private chefs who traffic in upper mid-level meal delivery? Not really the diner around the corner that would send a cheeseburger. But not a seven course sit-down table-service menu from Serena Bass either. I'm looking for something that I could have delivered to my apartment on a weekday for a family dinner or a small dinner party. Something that arrives fully prepped or just requires minimal finishing--no cooks in my kitchen but me. Omitting the obvious (Citarella, Fresh Direct, Zabars/Elis, Fairway, Whole Foods), what else is out there? Is anyone specializing in such a thing? Are there undiscovered small time caterers who would be perfect for me? Are there restaurants that I wouldn't expect to be doing meal delivery that actually are?
