Gou Bu Li (the dumpling) in Chinatown?

Yesterday as I walked past Louie's Dim Sum on Stockton I glanced in the window and spotted what appeared to be gou bu li sitting in a steamer. I was in a hurry, so didn't stop.

Louie's is the tiny takeout place on the east side of Stockton just south of Broadway. It has always had the best plain mantou in Chinatown, so there may well be someone with a Northern touch doing dumplings there. I'll try to check it out when I get time (or delegate my wife to do it).
